Terms and Conditions

 

Wedding Worx - Wedding Stationery reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any such changes or amendments are effective once they are posted to this website and it is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions each time you use this website. By continuing to use this website (www.weddignworx.ie) you agree to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

Most of our designs carry the Wedding Worx logo on the back of the design. Designs that require client assembly may not always carry our logo.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations - You have the right to cancel your order but any charges incurred must be paid for.

We reserve the right to change the prices without notice any price changes will not apply to confirmed orders.

We have a minimum order quantity of 35 Day invites.

Please note that orders can take between 4 to 6 weeks to complete this is to facilitate the approval process and to allow for production.

Orders can be collected from SignWorx (option in cart) or by prior arrangement from the print room Doochary.

Wedding Worx reserve the right to refuse service if we believe there is an infringement of copyright, or breach of other law, or if we believe the request to be offensive in nature.

 

Wedding Worx offers a number of distinct services namely:

1.       Pre-designed Wedding Stationery – We have a wide range of designs available and we permit minimal customisation such as font and colour changes on some of these designs.

How to Order:

a.    Select your chosen design,

b.    Order and pay for the quantity you require.

c.    Our design team will be in contact to discuss customisation and to get your wedding details for the stationery.

d.    The digital proofing process allows for up to 3 revisions (further revisions will incur a design fee of €10 per revision)

e.    Once digital proofing is approved we will produce your physical sample and post it to you. You can confirm your approval of physical sample either by email or by returning the sample to us complete with your signature.

 

NOTE: Wedding Worx will print the invitations as per signed proofs. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the digital proofs of the invitations, RSVP cards, Ceremony booklets or any other stationery items thoroughly and return these by e-mail with any amendments required. Once proofs have been confirmed and approved, Wedding Worx accepts no responsibility for any mistakes made by the customer. A reprint fee will apply in the case of an order being printed containing errors which were not identified in the proofing process by the customer.

 

 

2.       Bespoke Wedding stationery – We offer a service in which we work with you to create a design unique to you. For this we require a non-refundable deposit of €75 to begin your project and your designer will work closely with you each step of the way.

 

How this service works

a.    Order the bespoke wedding stationery service and pay your deposit.

b.    One of our designers will be in touch to arrange consultation. The consultation can be either by telephone or you can arrange to come to in to our premises – this is to establish your design brief.

c.    There will be up to 3 revisions included in your initial fee and further revisions will incur a design fee of €10 per revision.

d.    Once digital proofing is approved we will produce your physical sample and post it to you. You can confirm your approval of the physical sample either by email or by returning the sample to us complete with your signature.

e.    Once you are happy to proceed – we will issue your invoice and request payment for the balance due.

f.     You have the right to cancel your order but any work carried out over and above what is covered by the initial deposit must be paid for.

3.       Craft Store – This option allows for the purchase of embellishments, envelopes, craft tools etc. All products are stock items and availability will be visible on the site. Craft store items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. Shortages or delays will be notified as soon as apparent.

 

4.       Wedding Signs -We offer a range of wedding signage – non customised and in stock ready for dispatch there is NO CUSTOMISATION available on these products and pricing is visible on the website.

We Can also offer customisation on our signs and a bespoke wedding signage design service – pricing and delivery times will vary on these just contact us with your requirements.
