Delivery and Returns
- Wedding Worx uses the national courier networks for the vast majority of our deliveries within Ireland and Northern Ireland. Standard delivery is Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.30pm and no Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday deliveries.
- We work with several of the national couriers our main service provider is Fastway Couriers
- The cost of delivery within Ireland will depend on the weight and size of the item.
- We aim to dispatch STOCK ITEM orders within 1 to 3 days within Ireland.
- We will inform you by email the expected dispatch date on all stationery items requiring customisation and production.
- Delivery charge is typically €10.00 using the courier services. Light Flat items may qualify for a lower rate €5.00
- International deliveries are possible, pleased contact us for shipping times and cost estimates
- When your order is ready for dispatch we will inform you by email of your Tracking number and you will be able to track the parcel online at www.fastway.ie
- If for any reason we use a different delivery method we will inform you by email prior to dispatch.
We are pleased to be able to offer a collection option from our sister company SignWorx which is based at Unit 1 MacBrides Yard, Knockagarron, Convoy, Co Donegal we offer the option to collect from store, you can choose this option at the time of purchase. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your email with you for proof of purchase when collecting your order.
Because of the personalised nature of wedding stationery we can not offer retuns on these items. However our returns policy for non-personalised items is as follows:
If you are not satisfied with your non-personalised order please notify Wedding Worx as soon as possible but within 7 days of receipt of the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
All returns must have a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase enclosed with the package.
Any returns must first be authorised by Wedding Worx – Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved we will refund your card and you will receive the refund within a few days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
